1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered based on the nature of the service and the stage of project completion. Our refund policy applies to the following services:

  • Animated video creation
  • Website development (Business and eCommerce)
  • Content writing (Articles, Press Releases, Website Content, and Script Writing)
  • Graphic design
  • Social media management
  • Social media marketing

Refunds will generally not be provided for completed and delivered services unless the final deliverable is materially different from what was agreed upon or required. However, partial refunds may be considered depending on the specific service, progress made, and other relevant factors.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Request Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the delivery of the service or the last communication regarding the project.
  • Service Non-Delivery: If the agreed-upon service was not delivered as specified in the contract or service agreement, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are dissatisfied with a service delivered, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to meet your expectations after revisions (where applicable), a partial refund may be offered.
  • Work Not Yet Started: For services that have been ordered but not yet started, a full refund may be granted.
  • Custom Services: Services involving significant customization may be subject to partial refunds based on the extent of work completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services may not be eligible for a refund. These include:

  • Completed Deliverables: Once a service has been fully completed and approved by you, it will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Revisions: If the project has undergone revisions and the final product is accepted, no refund will be issued.
  • Third-Party Expenses: Any third-party fees, such as domain registration or paid tools/services, incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate a Refund Request
    Email us at explainadox.com@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” In the email, please provide:
    • Your name and contact information
    • The service(s) you purchased
    • The reason for your refund request
    • Any relevant documentation, including contracts or agreements
  2. Review of Refund Request
    Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the request and notify you of our decision within 7 business days. We may reach out for additional information or clarification during this review process.
  3. Refund Approval
    If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days from the approval date. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Fees and Costs

  • Cancellation Fees: In some cases, a cancellation fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative or processing costs.
  • Third-Party Costs: Any non-refundable third-party costs incurred during the delivery of services will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Bank Fees: If there are any bank transaction fees or currency conversion fees, those will be deducted from the refund.

6. Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback in a timely manner, leading to delays or incomplete services.
  • Change of mind after work has commenced and significant progress has been made on a project.
  • Failure to understand the scope or technical details of the service despite being communicated clearly.
